If your relatives settle down permanently in Canada, they will be able to work, study, and live here. If one of the following applies and you are at least eighteen years old, you may sponsor specific relatives to immigrate to Canada:

2)Person who has a Canadian Indian Act registration and is considered an Indian
3) Canadian citizen with permanent residence
